The Carolinas Region - Upstate Area in conjunction with Porsche of Greenville is raffling a New Porsche eBike. Model WAP- 062-EBT-OM Tickets cost $25 each and are limited to 500. You may purchase as many tickets as you like and you may even return later to purchase more. All profits go to the Upstate Area Charity Fund. The Drawing will be held once 500 tickets are sold. You may purchase as many tickets as you like. Questions: Jeff Price, upstate-ad@carolinas-pca.com OFFICIAL RULES 1. Entries may not be assigned, transferred, or sold either before or after the drawing. 2. The price of each raffle entry ticket is $25 US. No entry tickets will be sent to purchasers as your Clubregistration ticket is your entry. There is no limit to the number of entries a person may purchase. 3. No person under the age of 18 may purchase a raffle entry or receive any prize. 4. An entry purchaser does not have to be present at the drawing to be eligible to win a prize. 5. Entry purchases may be made through Clubregistration.net. All payments for entries must be made in US funds. 6. The winner will be notified in person, via email, or by certified mail, and the winner’s name will be announced on the Carolinas Region PCA website, and/or Newsletter, Tobacco Roads. 7. The eBike being offered as a prize will be available for pick-up at the Porsche of Greenville dealership for ninety (90) days after notification. The winner will be responsible shipping transportation if pick-up cannot be made at Porsche of Greenville. 8. Carolinas Region PCA specifically disclaims any and all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the raffle eBike. Accepting the eBike is a transaction solely between Porsche of Greenville and the Raffle winner. 9. The winner is responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal income taxes. 10. The winner will be selected at a random drawing from all eligible entries to be conducted at Porsche of Greenville once the 500 available tickets have been sold. 11. This offer is void where prohibited by law. 12. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Carolinas Region PCA to use the winner’s name, regional affiliation, likeness, and photograph in any Carolinas Region PCA or PCA publicity worldwide in all media, including the Internet, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. 13. By participating in the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 14. This offer is void where prohibited by law. |
