PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION - New Venue and Requirements!! Lead Foot City requires their own liability waiver to be signed as well. Please visit the link below for a one-time registration for membership/waiver for any event at their venue. You can simply register with a "Tourist" membership at no cost, or they have membership options if you plan to attend multiple other events. Have a photo (file) of your DL handy that you can attach during the membership process. https://leadfootcity.com/pages/membership-application Good news - you can now allow guests to arrive later in the day. Guests can enter through the Spectator Parking/Gate, but they must also be at least a Tourist member and complete the waiver. Guests who do not also pre-register via this Clubregistration.net event, however, cannot be inside the autocross area with Suncoast Region PCA. There will be a separate area for general "spectators". We plan to accommodate up to 50 drivers for this venue, however, we will still prioritize registrations by: Current PCA membership validated in your Clurbreg profile, $50; Porsche cars - non PCA, BMWCCA Club Members (driving BMW), $60, and their Guests are invited to register on 02/04/25. If you are a non-PCA member and driving "Other-XS", you may register but DO NOT make payment in advance as you will be charged the credit card fee if we have to cancel your registration/payment. We will put you on the Waitlist and will email you about a week in advance if we are able to move you from the Waitlist to "Pending" status to make the $60 payment. You will then receive an email being confirmed to the Roster. Registration will close on 02/16/25 and cancellations must be submitted prior to that date for refund (less credit card processing fee). NO on-site Driver registrations will be allowed. Pre-payment (current/active PCA MEMBERSHIP # MUST be listed in your Clubreg Profile to qualify for the Member rate of $50), and the PCA Event Liability Waiver is required to be e-signed before you will be confirmed on the Roster. Your registration will remain as "Pending" until completed and you have received a confirmation email and see your name on the Roster. You can review and verify your car class and categories on the Suncoast PCA activities/autocross page at: https://suncoastpca.org/autocross/ ALL non-driver CREW/GUEST attendees must register and e-sign the liability waiver as a "Crew/Guest" on Clubregistration.net and Lead Foot City. Please assist your guest in setting up an account with Clubregistration.net and "LFC" as described above. Otherwise, guests will need to go to the general Spectator area of the property and sign the Lead Foot City waiver or complete their membership requirements. PCA requires eSignatures for all events. Electronically sign the Event Liability Waiver prior to the event. Snell 2010 helmet or newer required. Limited loaner helmets available. Please arrive at the gate between 7:45am and 8:15am. Tech inspection 8am – 8:30am. Guided course walk at 8:45am followed by drivers’ meeting at 9:15am. Group A ready to Grid by 9:30am. Water and Gatorade will be provided, but breakfast/lunch will be available to purchase at the on-site Gear Head Grille. With 50-60 drivers, we will run A, B, and C groups in a "Run, Work, Rest" format. You can head to the Grille or bring your own food for your "Rest" sessions. We always target 4 morning runs and 4 afternoon runs depending on weather and other factors. Please make plans to stay the entire day so we have enough workers for the final run group. We usually wrap up around 3:30pm. All Drivers must be 18 years of age with valid Driver's License. Registered PCA "Juniors Program" members may drive at 16 years of age with valid Driver's License. Parent/Guardian must attend and sign Minor Participation Waiver. Let's make a great showing at this fantastic new venue! Refund Policy | Refunds (minus credit card processing fee) for cancellations will be provided until the closing date of registration. Refunds will not be provided after the closing date of 02/19/25. |
