Please be sure your driving credentials are updated in your profile.  This will simplify and speed confirmation of your registration.  Driving credentials will be verified, prior to your being confirmed for the event.

DRIVER requirements - this DE event has only ONE RUN GROUP and will use the PCA EXPANDED PASSING RULES.  There are no instructed run groups.  Therefore drivers must be:
(1) 18 or older with a valid driver’s license to enter
(2) A PCA National Instructor or
(3) Achieved Advanced Solo status with their home region

(4) Minimum 4 FULL events in an instructor or advanced solo run group using PCA Expanded Passing rules (or similar) verified in your ClubRegistration history or by a Chief Driving Instructor(s).  PCA Expanded Passing allows for passing anywhere on the track, including the turns, with a point by.

The EVENT requirements are:

(1) Your vehicle has to be safety-checked by a professional mechanic within three weeks of the event and re-checked by our tech team at the track-grid tech (a confirmation email with the approved tech-form will be emailed to you once you complete your registration)

(2) We recommend that cars be equipped with DOT "R" tires, but street tires rated for speeds of 149 mph or higher (V, W, Y, or Z) may be used. Tires must be new or nearly new or you will risk not passing the at-track final tech inspection

The registration fee is $595 for 3 days and $545 for 2 days. Registration is limited so sign up now.  Garage rental is $175 for either two or three days. Sign up for a garage on the Event Option page.

In addition to paying for your garage during registration, you can now choose your garage, as well.  Follow the instructions for reserving a specific Yellow garage by using the provided Yellow Garage Layout available as a pdf attachment on the garage option page.  Please note the following:
1.  Once a garage has been selected and paid for, that garage # will no longer be available on the drop-down list of garages.  This is how you'll know a garage is already reserved.
2.  Event Management reserves the right to reassign you to a different garage.  Generally, this will only happen if Event Management is attempting to meet a request to have multiple registrants in adjoining garages.  However, once you've reserved and paid for a garage, you will definitely have a garage.  You cannot be bumped, only reassigned (potentially).
3.  FOR A GROUP TO BE COLOCATED - one member must reserve/pay for all garages.

There is not an event hote as all Daytona related activities are at the track.  There are many lodging options in the Daytona/Daytona Beach area. Lodging arrangements are on your own.

Questions? You can contact the DE Chair, Jim Burnett @ 575-336-1198 (July through Sept) and at 904-247-9204 in Oct, or via e mail at

Space Coast Region PCA Zone 12 Charity Event at American Muscle Car Museum in Melbourne, FL
Come out to the American Muscle Car Museum (AMCM) in Melbourne, on Saturday afternoon 1-4pm, November 10. This is where Space Coast holds their Autocrosses, but you’ll actually get to go inside to see all the amazing cars, displays and classic automobiles.  Zone 12 and Space Coast Region will host a charity event at this one-of-a-kind private collection. Includes entry into the museum and a lite lunch and beverages.

AMCM is not open to the public, but they do open on special occasions to host non-profit fundraisers, car activities, and educational tours for school-age children. It’s a 123,000-square-foot complex that houses the personal collection of Mark Pieloch. Mark has been a car enthusiast for over 40 years and has amassed more than 250 cars, ranging from classic 1950s models to 1970s American muscle cars, to every color of Ford GT, to modern “sophisticated” muscle like a 2017 Shelby GT350R, and 14+ of the all-time most collectible Porsches.

Attendance will be limited, and your charity donation will go toward a great cause. The Wabasso School is a special education center serving students ages 5-22. Students are provided specialized instruction, so they can not only achieve academic gains but also increase their social, emotional and behavioral skills. They work to develop communication, daily living, and occupational skills to integrate successfully within their community. Come out and enjoy a boxed lunch with great friends at this amazing facility. We will also have raffles and a 50/50. So don’t miss the fun, and if you haven’t been to this fantastic facility yet it’s a must and don’t forget your helping a great cause too.

Visit for more information.

Our events are multi-purpose with focus on teaching drivers with little to no track experience the fundamentals of high performance driving. We also accommodate those that have advanced skills and want additional track time.

Your registration includes a Friday night pizza social at the track, event T-shirt and if we have full attendance, a BBQ dinner at the track Saturday night.

A final event update email will be sent to all confirmed drivers approximately a week before the event and include information on if a BBQ dinner will be included or not.

Apex Performance, a national PCA sponsor will provide track side support for the event. They stock Performance Friction brakes for most all Porsche and BMW applications. If you need anything for the event (new helmet, consumables – brake pads/fluid etc.) you can arrange for them to bring anything you need right to the track. If you have any questions or requests, please contact Clark at 866.505.2739 or visit their website:

Please note that run group and car numbers will be assigned by the event Registrar.  Each number is assigned to a single car per event (not per run group).  Driver are responsible for their numbers (the event does not provide them).

Camping will be a flat rate of $75 that covers Friday and Saturday nights.  There is an option for this as part of the registration.
