Description 2 Sprint Races and a 60 minute Enduro
DE Run Group
Texas-style Saturday Night Dinner

There will not be a PCA sponsored Test and Tune prior to the race. However, MSR is having a “test & tune” Friday, October 18th, at $150 cash/check ($162 if pay by credit card) for the day. Hot track 9am to 5pm. (No ½ day discounts.) (MSR members will have to pay the $150 fee.) Call JC Price at 817-512-3162 for information and sign up.

In addition to our normal races (which will have great competition and some cool trophies), we are excited to introduce the annual Republic of Texas 944 Shootout this year! The 944 Spec racers will be racing for PCA Championship points AND for The Republic of Texas 944 Shootout Champion, which will include really cool trophies for each race and a 944 Shootout Champion trophy for the 944 driver with the most points over the weekend. Great prizes will be given out to the 944 Spec racers during the weekend, including Snap-On tools, a FULL set of Toyo tires, an On-Site Tire certificate, 944-related automotive parts (oil and filters) from Koby Motors and NAPA, bottles of TX Whiskey, bottles of Republica Tequila, some really terrible beer that Coomes inexplicably likes, dinner certificates at DFW restaurants, and other great prizes.

We will have a dinner at the track Saturday evening, and sandwich lunches for Saturday and Sunday can be pre-ordered before the event. Come join us for a great weekend of racing in the Texas autumn weather.

There will be fuel (including race fuel) available adjacent to the track. We have multiple options for on-site track support at MSR. On-Site Tires and GSpeed will be available on site to provide support. All will take advance tire orders for customers and receive drop-ships. On-Site Tires can be reached at (720) 410-7007. GSpeed can be reached at (877) 512-5180. 

GSpeed performs track alignments, brake services and more. GSpeed has all major oils and fluids for sale, along with a limited selection of racing accessories (gloves, suits, balaclavas, etc.).

Rookie and Provisional License Candidates who complete the PCA Club Racing School and race at this event will have their 2020 License Renewal fee waived. Some restrictions apply - please contact the PCA Club Racing National Office 847.272.7764.

Agreement All drivers, guests, crew and volunteers are required to complete at-track registration (sign waivers) and receive admittance wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers - a reminder.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I understand that I am required to reimburse PCA Maverick Region and/or Motorsports Ranch for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.

Rookie and Provisional License Candidates who complete the PCA Club Racing School and race at this event will have their 2020 License Renewal fee waived. Some restrictions apply - please contact the PCA Club Racing National Office 847.272.7764.

A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds after October 6th. 
No refunds after October 11th.

Please select this option if you are the primary driver and will be driving in the correct Sprint Race class ... includes one Duffel Bag and one Saturday Night Dinner Ticket.
