Description Join us for the Chicago Region's 27th Club Race / 53rd Drivers Education at Road America.

- Thursday - Track access AFTER 7:00 PM
- Friday** - optional Racer Only Lapping Sessions (under PCA DE Rules)
- Saturday - Sprint practice sessions, practice starts sessions, and Fun Races
- Sunday - 2 Sprint Races
- Monday - 90 Minute Enduro Races

A decision has not yet been made with regard to the traditional old Saturday Road Course Drive and Dinner Party at Siebkins. As we are closer to the Event, in order to be in accordance with the most current COVID-19 policies of PCA, the State of WI, and the Event policies we will advise the plans.

The points races at this Club Race will earn points towards the 944 Cup Midwest Chapter Racing Series, the Clubsport Series, the 911 Cup Series, the Triple Trofeo Series as well as the PCA National Championship.Points Series.

As the COVID19 Viral Pandemic still continues to spread, the following procedures will be in place to minimize exposure and spread at this event.
·      All drivers (DE, Coaches, and Racers) Crew, Volunteers, PCA Staff and anyone with them are required to wear masks at all times when inside the track facility and to practice safe social distancing. Drivers with helmets on/shield down are exempt from mask requirement. You are required to bring masks, sanitizer, and disinfectant supplies with you to the track for everyone in your group - drivers, support staff, family etc.
·     This Event will follow state’s limits on allowable group numbers.
·      Anyone found not taking appropriate safety precautions will be asked to leave. No exceptions.

**Club Race registrants may NOT register for the weekend DE sessions (Friday - Monday). Instead they may register for the optional Friday Racer Only Lapping Sessions (under PCA DE Rules). Information regarding Lapping Sessions and registration at TRAC Racer Only Lapping Sessions

New/Different for 2020:
All event rentals for Golf Carts, Cabin Rentals, Camping permits, RV permits, and personal pit vehicle tags (required) should be handled directly with Road America
at Tim Green with your Parking Request questions. The 36 15'x30' Lester Garage stalls near turn 14 in the North Paddock are rented by Road America.  NOTE - Please contact Road America and then inform Tim Green you have rented a stall so we can reserve a space nearby for your rig in the North Paddock.

The Orion garage building with 13 garage doors in the Main/Pit-road paddock are available for rent from Road America, each space is 16'x40'.  NOTE - Please inform Tim Green you have rented a garage so we can reserve the single 15'x80' paddock space in front of it for you.

NOTE: Advise your guests and crew members.  The Road America guards will NOT waiver or band drivers, crew, or guests.  Everyone wishing admittance to the track must come to the Road America Registration Building during OPEN HOURS OF REGISTRATION - Please see Registration Hours below and pass them along as needed.  Should you or your guests have minor children (under 18), please color print one Minor waiver and track touring form for each minor and bring them filled in as it will help cut the amount of time needed to complete registration.

The maximum Road America noise restriction level is 103 dbA and will be enforced by the track during the event weekend.

Track Touring will benefit the Chicago Region 2020 Charity, The Automotive Mentoring Group (AMG). AMG was started about 26 years ago by Alex Levesque. His mission is to provide alternatives to gangs and unemployment through the art of classic car restoration, mentoring, trade skills, social and emotional learning, job opportunities, emotional intelligence, and holistic supportive resources.

AMG is on the front lines of a proactive fight against gang violence. Alex literally takes gang members (men and women) off the streets.and teaches them a trade they can use to provide a life skill in the automotive field. But, beyond those skills, AMG's program also helps these youngsters obtain their high school diplomas, enroll in college, and obtain jobs and apprenticeships in the automotive industry and beyond.

Agreement I understand that my registration for this event will not be approved or confirmed until payment is received and I have submitted all required paperwork and requested information which may include (but is not limited to) on-line waivers, log book information, guest information, and team information. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

All drivers, guests, crew and volunteers are required to receive and wear event wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers - a reminder.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules, the Rules of Road America, and the supplementary regulations of this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I understand that I am required to reimburse the PCA Chicago Region and Road America for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.

I acknowledge that I, my crew, and my guests will have 24-hour access to the track (Thursday through Monday evening) only AFTER signing the required waivers and receiving the proper wristbands. 

I acknowledge that I am responsible for advising my guests and crew members that the Road America guards will NOT waiver or wristband drivers, crew, or guests when Registration is closed and that I and they must come to the Road America Registration Building during OPEN HOURS OF REGISTRATION to sign the required waivers and receive the proper wristbands.

I acknowledge that all parking on paved surfaces at Road America is by assignment only, that I must request paved surface parking, and that I will be required to move if I violate this policy.

I agree to the following 2020 TRAC Refund Policy.

All refund requests must be received in writing by the registrar.

Beginning Wednesday, August 19, 2020 all refunds are subject to a $75.00 service fee.

No refunds for cancellations received after 11:59 pm, Monday, August 24, 2020.

All unpaid registrations will automatically be canceled at 11:59 pm on Saturday, August 22, 2020.

On-line registration will close at 11:59 pm on Thursday, August 27, 2020.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, full refunds will be available to anyone who needs to cancel due to illness. 

No refunds / credit after Friday 8:00 am, September 4, 2020 without the Registration Back-up option.

A refund if your car fails during the Friday Racer only Lapping Sessions. If you select to participate in any session during the Friday Racer only Lapping Sessions scheduled on Friday this is for you! Terms: IF, on Friday, Sept 4, 2020, during a Friday Racer only Lapping Session, your car fails mechanically or is involved in an incident resulting in its inability to compete for the remainder of the Event or pass Club Race Tech, you may be eligible for a refund of the applicable Sprint (and Enduro, if applicable) registration fees. Car failure must be verified by the TRAC Event Chair, Keith Clark, or failure to pass Club Race Tech. After verification the request for this refund must be made to the TRAC Event Chair by 6:00 PM, Friday, Sept 4, 2020. Refunds will be processed after the Event weekend. If your request is approved you will receive a refund of the cost of the Sprint (and Enduro, if applicable) race fees only. This option requires that you do NOT complete your at-track registration for the Sprint (and Enduro, if applicable) and that you notify the Club Race registrar by by 6:00 PM, Friday, Friday, Sept 4, 2020 of your registration cancelation. If during the event you re-register as a Sprint co-driver in another car your Sprint fee will be credited to the new registration. If during the event you re-register as an Enduro ONLY co-driver in another car your Enduro fee will be credited to the new registration. This option is not available for purchase after Thursday, August 27, 2020.
