Agreement I understand that my registration for this event will not be approved or confirmed until payment is received and I have submitted all required paperwork and requested information which may include (but is not limited to) on-line waivers, log book information, guest information, and team information. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

All drivers are required to complete at-track registration to receive admittance wristbands. 

CREW. Anyone accompanying or meeting a driver at the event must be registered by name as a crew member and the crew fee paid in advance on this website. Crew fees may not be paid at the event. Only previously registered racers and crew members will be admitted to the event. Please provide your crew registration information on clubregistration.net.

Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers – an update.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event, including the Monticello Motor Club rules (see Event Files).

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Monticello Motor Club schedule of repair costs (see Event Files). 

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures.

I agree to reimburse the PCA Riesentöter Region and/or Monticello Motor Club for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, or my guests. Any such costs are not covered by my registration fee.

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

Rookie and Provisional License Candidates who complete the PCA Club Racing School and race at this event will have their 2021 License Renewal fee waived. Some restrictions apply - please contact the PCA Club Racing National Office 847.272.7764.

Payment / Cancellation / Refund Policy for Club Race Participants

Payment in full must be received by the Race Registrar in order for applicants to be PCA approved, confirmed for the event, and assigned to a race group.

In the event a registrant cancels, consideration for refund will be given according to the following guidelines:
1) If notice of cancellation is received by October 1, 2020, registrants will be eligible for a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
2) Racers who provide cancellation notice after October 1st and before the close of race registration (October 11th at 12:01 AM CDT) will be eligible for a 50% refund unless the race is over-subscribed and the cancelling racer’s spot on the roster is filled from a Wait List in which case a full refund will be issued less a $25 processing fee.
3) Refunds may not be given if cancellation notice is received after the close of race registration (11th October at 12:01 AM CDT).

In order to be considered for a refund, cancellation notification must be made via e-mail to the Race Registrar (raceregistrar@rtr-pca.org). The time and date of the e-mail is received will determine the time of cancellation and the refund amount. Any applicant whose license application is not approved by the National Club Racing Coordinator will be entitled to a full refund regardless of the timing of such notification.

Refunds will be made by check issued by the Riesentöter Region Treasurer.
