Description October 4, 2020 Autocross – Brooksville Tampa Bay Regional Airport

Cost is $30 for PCA and BMWCCA members, $40 for non-members.  Non-PCA/BMW members are welcome (limited to the first 20 paid/confirmed non-members) - we will wait list above the limit. ALL registrations will remain "Pending" until payment and confirmation email is received. Any wait listed registrations will then be confirmed 9/21/20-9/25/20, based on earliest registration date, up to the maximum event capacity as stated below.

The event will be capped at 60 driver entrants and 72 total entrants and guest participants due to airport policy.

Pre-registration and payment is due by Friday, 9/25/2020, and required for all drivers & guest participants.  Please email autocross@suncoastpca.org with names of guest participants by 9/25/2020, and ensure you have received a confirmation email.

Please arrive at the airport gate between 8:15am and 8:45am. Tech inspection 8:30am – 9:15am. Course walk at 9:20am followed by drivers’ meeting at 9:50am.  Group A ready to grid by 10am.

Snell 2010 helmet or newer required. Limited loaner helmets available (but should be limited to a single user due to COVID-19).

Lunch and cold drinks will be provided (individually wrapped sandwich/hot dogs), but feel free to bring your own cooler if you want to reduce your exposure.

COVID-19 Statement: Every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, both on-track and off, and to make the decision on whether or not to participate. While on site, please take the health and safety of your fellow participants, volunteers and staff into consideration. Please maintain 6' social distancing at all times. If you are running a fever or do not feel well, or have had a fever within 14 days of the event, please cancel in advance. No in-car instruction will be available at this time; passengers can only be instructor/immediate family member. Hand washing and hand sanitizer will be on-site. Be sure to sanitize before/after working sessions, assisting with setup/cleanup, radios, timing, etc.

All Drivers must be 18 years of age with valid Driver's License.  Registered PCA "Juniors Program" members may drive at 16 years of age with valid Driver's License.  Parent/Guardian must attend and sign Minor Participation Waiver.

Directions:

Do not enter through the public airport entrance!

From the north take the Suncoast Parkway (FL-589) and exit east on Spring Hill Dr.  Travel ~2.5 miles then take a right (south) on US-41.  Drive ~1.5miles – the gated entrance will be on the right, just before the railroad tracks – Runway Dr.

From the south, take Suncoast Pkwy to County Line Rd and head east to US41, then north on US41 until you cross RR tracks, then take an immediate left on Runway Drive.
Refund Policy Full refund will be provided for any cancellation before the registration deadline.  No refunds after the registration deadline.
