| Description |
Come have an autumn celebration with all of your fellow Porsche loving friends! On 29 November let’s meet at the new location for Drivers Choice Motors at 710 South Milwee Street in Longwood at 9:20 am. (You will need to arrive well before this time to register first and socialize.) Together we will drive some lovely twisty roads to Hurricane Dockside in Tavares. This is a tiki bar/restaurant with both inside and outside dining. Their live music starts at noon. For social distancing we will be having multiple tables of six each. (If you wish to join for the drive but for your comfort level you would prefer a table for only two then just let me know so I will not include you in the grand total of people to give the restaurant.) A great majority of these tables are outside in the fresh air overlooking the Dead River. Don’t worry it’s not ‘dead’ as there are plenty of gators about. It’s called Dead River because of the lack of current. We would like a special shout out to our lovely ‘914, 924, and 944 group’- please join us! Also, if you have a classic year Porsche we would love to see you and your’s too! Come be with all of your friends as this year’s hurricane season comes to an end! In order to join us your must sign up at ClubReg and complete electronically the CDW (communicable disease waiver). Please indicate how many will be in your car so we can have an accurate headcount. | Refund Policy |
For general FLC events, written cancelation notices received 2 weeks in advance of the event will qualify the registrant for a refund, less a $10 ($25 for Oktoberfast) service charge. Such cancelations received within 2 weeks of the event may be credited to the next FLC DE, refunded, or forfeited at the discretion of the club, depending on event financials. Registration fees may be credited to the next FLC DE at the discretion of the registrar. |
| Indemnity Policy | Participants acknowledge that Florida Citrus Region PCA driving events entail known and unanticipated risks which could result in damage to the participant, to property or to third parties, physical or emotional injury, paralysis or death. The participant understands that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the driving event. Participation in this event is purely voluntary, the participant expressly agrees to accept and assume all associated risks and elects to participate in spite of the risks. |
