Description Join us for the Chicago Region's 29th Club Race and 55th Drivers Education at Road America, featuring a Saturday afternoon Concours in downtown Elkhart Lake, plus a Saturday evening Porsche Parade into town, car show, gourmet buffet dinner, and party at Siebkins!

- Thursday - Track access AFTER 7:00 PM
- Friday** - optional Racer Only Lapping Sessions (under PCA DE Rules)
- Saturday - Sprint practice sessions, practice starts sessions, and Fun Races
- Sunday - 2 Sprint Races
- Monday - 90 Minute Enduro Races

5th event for the 2021 Clubsport Series
3rd event for the 2021 Triple Trofeo GTB1 Series

The points races at this Club Race will earn points towards the PCA 944 East Racing Series, the Clubsport Series, the 911 Cup Series, the Triple Trofeo Series as well as the PCA National Championship Points Series.

As the COVID19 Viral Pandemic continues anyone found not taking appropriate safety precautions will be asked to leave. No exceptions.

**Club Race registrants may NOT register for the weekend DE sessions (Friday - Monday). Instead they may register for the optional Friday Racer Only Lapping Sessions (under PCA DE Rules). A separate registration is required. Information and register here TRAC Racer Only Lapping Sessions

Golf carts, cabin rentals, and camping and RV permits, electrical hookups, and personal pit vehicle tags (required) are available through Road America ONLY: https://www.roadamerica.com/competitor-page. Questions or special requests should be sent to: Melody Frank at mfrank@roadamerica.com.

All parking on the asphalt in the Main/Pit-Road paddock, Upper/RV paddock, and North Paddocks is reserved. Please contact Stanley Sangdahl at trac.parking@pca-chicago.org with your parking requests. 

The 36-15’x30’ Lester Garage stalls near turn 14 in the North Paddock and the 13-16’x40’ Hagerty Garage stalls near turn 1 in Main/Pit-Road Paddock are rented directly through Road America. Please contact Bridget Beck from Road America at blage@roadamerica.com and then inform Stanley Sangdahl you have rented a stall so he can reserve a space nearby for your rig (15’x80’ space in front of stall for Hagerty).

The Road America guards will NOT waiver or band drivers, crew, or guests. Advise your guests and crew members that everyone wishing admittance to the track must come to the Road America Registration Building during OPEN HOURS OF REGISTRATION - Please see Registration Hours below and pass them along as needed.  Should you or your guests have minor children (under 18), please color print one Minor waiver and track touring form for each minor and bring them filled in as it will help cut the amount of time needed to complete registration.

The maximum Road America noise restriction level is 103 dbA and will be enforced by the track during the event weekend.

Road America is a "No Drone Zone" - no drones are allowed.

Want more track time? David Murry Track Days will be at Road America on Wednesday and Thursday, September 1st and 2nd. A great way to add some extra track time to your Road America weekend! Agreement I understand that my registration for this Club Race will not be approved or confirmed until payment is received and I have submitted all required paperwork and requested information which may include (but is not limited to) on-line waivers, log book information, guest information, and team information. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

All PCA Club Race registrants are required to sign, as part of this registration, the PCA Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement for the Club Race portion of the weekend. (The PCA Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement must also be signed as part of the Friday Lapping Sessions registration.)

I understand that I and all of my guests and crew may be required to sign waivers at the Road America registration building in order to receive the track/general event wristbands and gain admittance to the track property. These wristbands must be worn at all times while on track property. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers – an update.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules. I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.

All PCA Club Race registrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate and that my car has a current valid Club Racing log book. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I understand that I am required to reimburse the PCA Chicago Region and Road America for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.

I acknowledge that I, my crew, and my guests will have 24-hour access to the track (Thursday through Monday evening) only AFTER signing the required waivers and receiving the proper wristbands. 

I acknowledge that I am responsible for advising my guests and crew members that the Road America guards will NOT waiver or wristband drivers, crew, or guests when Registration is closed and that I and they must come to the Road America Registration Building during OPEN HOURS OF REGISTRATION to sign the required waivers and receive the proper wristbands.

I acknowledge that all parking on paved surfaces at Road America is by assignment only, that I must request paved surface parking, and that I will be required to move if I violate this policy.

I agree to the following 2021 TRAC Refund Policy.

All refund requests must be received in writing by the registrar.

Beginning Wednesday, August 18, 2021 all refunds are subject to a $75.00 service fee.

No refunds for cancellations (including Dinner Tickets) received after 11:59 pm, Monday, August 23, 2021

All unpaid registrations will automatically be canceled at 11:59 pm on Friday, August 27, 2021.

On-line registration will close at 11:59 pm on Friday, August 27, 2021.

Refunds will be processed after the event.

A refund may be granted if your car fails during the Friday racer only Lapping Sessions, which are intended for you! Terms: IF, on Friday, Sept 3, 2021, your car fails mechanically or is involved in an incident resulting in its inability to compete or pass Club Race Tech, you may be eligible for a refund of the Sprint (and Enduro, if applicable) registration fees. Car inability to compete must be verified and a refund approved by the TRAC Event Chair, Cheryl Lehman Collier by 6:00p, Friday, Sept 3, 2021. This option requires that you do NOT complete your on-site Club Race registration and you notify the Club Race registrar by 6:00p, Friday, Sept 3, 2021 of your registration cancelation. If during the event you re-register as a Sprint co-driver in another car your Sprint fee will be credited to the new registration. If during the event you re-register as an Enduro ONLY co-driver in another car your Enduro fee will be credited to the new registration.  This option is not available for purchase after Thursday, August 26, 2021. Approved refunds will occur after the event.

Sunday - 2 Sprint Races. Please select this option if you are the primary driver and will be driving in the correct Sprint Race class. Includes 1 Saturday evening gourmet buffet dinner, and party at Siebkins Ticket. Extra Dinner tickets are available for your crew, family, and friends. Use the EXTRA Saturday Dinner Ticket option.

Sunday - 2 Sprint Races. Please use this option if you are the 2nd driver in shared Sprint Race car and will drive out of class.
