PCA Chicago Lapping sessions for TRAC registered Club Racers only. This registration is ONLY for the Friday, Sept 3, 2021 sessions.
The registration for the TRAC Club Race is at TRAC Club Race Registration
A TRAC Sprint or Enduro registration is required. All Coaches must be pre-approved by the Club Race Registrar.
The Lapping Sessions on Friday, September 3rd will be run under PCA DE Rules except as noted below:
Drivers shall wear all required protective gear as if they were racing.
No passengers of any description or title will be allowed.
Registered Lapping Session cars are required to have a current logbook (raced in a PCA Club Race in 2019, 2020, or 2021).
In order to participate in the Lapping Sessions and receive the Lapping Session Tech Sticker a PCA Club Racing Scrutineer must have checked all registered Lapping Session cars logbooks and inspected cars as necessary AFTER the racer or coach has completed at-track registration and received the applicable Lapping Session wrist band and Lapping Session Run Group Sticker.
Registered cars that do not possess a valid logbook must undergo the required inspection by a PCA Club Race Scrutineer and receive a PCA Club Racing logbook AFTER the racer or coach has completed at-track registration and received the applicable Lapping Session wrist band and Lapping Session Run Group Sticker.
NOTE: These are not Club Race Practice sessions.
Lapping Session and Club Race registrants may not register for the solo DE sessions held Friday - Monday.
Golf carts, cabin rentals, and camping and RV permits, electrical hookups, and personal pit vehicle tags (required) are available through Road America ONLY: https://www.roadamerica.com/competitor-page. Questions or special requests should be sent to: Melody Frank at email@example.com.
All parking on the asphalt in the Main/Pit-Road paddock, Upper/RV paddock, and North Paddocks is reserved. Please contact Stanley Sangdahl at firstname.lastname@example.org with your parking requests.
The 36-15’x30’ Lester Garage stalls near turn 14 in the North Paddock and the 13-16’x40’ Hagerty Garage stalls near turn 1 in Main/Pit-Road Paddock are rented directly through Road America. Please contact Bridget Beck from Road America at email@example.com and then inform Stanley Sangdahl you have rented a stall so he can reserve a space nearby for your rig (15’x80’ space in front of stall for Hagerty).
The Road America guards will NOT waiver or band drivers, crew, or guests. Advise your guests and crew members that everyone wishing admittance to the track must come to the Road America Registration Building during OPEN HOURS OF REGISTRATION - Please see Registration Hours below and pass them along as needed. Should you or your guests have minor children (under 18), please color print one Minor waiver and track touring form for each minor and bring them filled in as it will help cut the amount of time needed to complete registration.

The maximum Road America noise restriction level is 103 dbA and will be enforced by the track during the event weekend.
Road America is a "No Drone Zone" - no drones are allowed.

Want more track time? David Murry Track Days will be at Road America on Wednesday and Thursday, September 1st and 2nd. A great way to add some extra track time to your Road America weekend! While this is not a PCA event we will coordinate parking so you will not need to repark for TRAC. However, you will need to register for TRAC beginning on Thursday afternoon. |Refund Policy||All refund requests must be received in writing by the Lapping Registrar prior to the event. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, full refunds will be available to anyone who needs to cancel due to illness. Please do not attend the event if you are feeling sick.|

I acknowledge that I remain solely responsible at all times for the safety and roadworthiness of my car, including its condition, preparation, and suitability for the Club's events, as well as my own physical and mental fitness to participate in Club events. By participating in the Club's events, I am assuming all responsibility for risk of damage to or caused by my car, and agree that if I or my car damages or destroys any event facilities or property, I will reimburse the Club for any such expenses incurred, including without limitation, all costs and fees incurred in connection with the clean up, repair, or removal of any damaged property, spilled fluids, discarded tires or other scrap, or fees for late exit from the event facilities.
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Club and any supplementary rules or regulations provided in connection with the Club's events or by the event facilities owners or operators.

Friday Lapping Sessions Coach
Please contact the TRAC Registrar prior to selecting this option as it requires pre-approval by TRAC Club Race Committee. Select this option only if you are the COACH for a Friday Lapping registrant. (This is not the Lapping Co-driver sharing a Lapping car option.) This option does not include a Club Race registration for Saturday - Monday. Please register in the car of the racer to be coached. If multiple racers are to be coached, please contact the TRAC Registrar. Under PCA DE Rules. These are not race practice sessions. Friday ONLY.
If applicable, please enter the valid Chicago Region voucher number(s). NOTE: Please contact the Lapping Registrar regarding submission of the voucher PRIOR (required) to registration approval/confirmations. (Vouchers will NOT be accepted at track registration.)
