PCA Driver's Education event hosted by the Suncoast PCA Region at Sebring June 25-26. Join us for a fun weekend at historic Sebring International Raceway. We have updated the event to offer three run groups each day: 1. Advanced Solo, 2. Solo, and 3. Students. Instructors may run in Solo and/or Advanced Solo. Note the special summer pricing! Since 1986, Suncoast PCA has hosted hundreds of DE events at Sebring and we were the first region in PCA to have nationally certified instructors. DE events are organized to educate drivers, in a controlled closed track environment, on the capabilities of our amazing cars. We pride ourselves on offering safe, fun track experiences. While the majority of participants will be driving Porsches, other car models are welcomed. Friday night we offer a pizza social free for any registered driver and their guests, just select that option during registration so we know how much pizza to order. Remember if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, you are not officially in the event. Pit stalls (garage space) will sell out quickly, they are on a "first come, first serve" basis. In the event that run groups are nearing capacity, PCA members will be given priority over non-members. Remember: - Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. - Car Tech Form: You must have your car inspected and the PCA tech inspection form completed before the event. The form will be sent to you with your confirmation e-mail, it’s also available on the Suncoast PCA website (https://suncoastpca.org). - Helmets Required: Your helmet MUST be rated SA2015 or SA2020. Loaner helmets are not available. - Multipoint harnesses require the use of a head and neck device, such as a HANS or Simpson hybrid device. - Instructors will be assigned students for in-car instruction. Suncoast PCA Drivers Education Refund Policy: Up to 8 days prior to event- Full refund will be issued Within 7 days of the event- No refunds or credits - no exceptions unless the event is cancelled. Track damage: I am aware that if I have an incident on track or anywhere on Sebring property and Sebring bills Suncoast PCA for those costs, Suncoast PCA will invoice me for those costs and I agree to pay in full. Please note that you WILL NOT be confirmed until you pay. If the run group fills with paid registrants, you will be placed on a waiting list or cancelled if payment is not received. |
