Description	Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group An extraordinary race experience! 4 day event - Thursday, September 28 - Sunday, October 1, 2023 PCA Club Racing at Rennsport Reunion 7 WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca Please read the following carefully. Registration procedures for the Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group only will be as follows: This is the ONLY registration site for the Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group. No registrations made elsewhere will be honored for the Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group. The OPEN REGISTRATION PERIOD for the Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group OPENS: Monday, January 16th, 8:00 pm CST CLOSES: Monday, February 12th, 11:59 pm CST The Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group will be run under 2023 PCA Club Racing Rules and Classes. As ALL REGISTRATIONS received during the open registration period will be reviewed and considered for acceptance, the registration time-stamp will NOT be relevant when reviewing registrations, and no payment can be made when you register. No requests to register received after the open registration period closes will be considered. Registrations that are blank, missing car or class or car number selection will be considered incomplete and will NOT be honored. All registrations received during the open registration period will be marked as Wait Listed. From the registrations submitted during the open registration period 40 cars/drivers will be accepted to participate in the Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group. Review of the registrations will begin after the open registration has closed. No information regarding acceptance will be released prior to April 3rd, 12:01 pm (CDT). The 40 accepted registrants will be notified by e-mail beginning on April 3rd, 12:01 pm (CDT). Registrants not accepted will be Wait Listed and notified of their Wait List status by e-mail beginning on April 4th, 12:01 pm (CDT). The roster on ClubRegistration.net will be updated by April 5, 12:01 pm (CDT).  The final run group be based on similarly paced cars. Our selection process will include 40 cars which fall within a determined performance index Acceptance as a registrant will be based on the following: Car performance - as determined by the PCA Club Racing Committee. For a car to be considered for acceptance it must be registered. It is not possible at this time to answer questions regarding car acceptability but to be considered for acceptance you must register in the car that you wish to race in the Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group. A change of the registered car or changes to the registered car information may be made during the open registration period. Any request for a change of the registered car or changes to the registered car information needed after the close of the open registration period should be sent ASAP to the Event Registrar, Susan Shire. After acceptance in the Rennsport Reunion VII PCA Club Racing Run Group a request to change the registered car or the registered car information must be submitted to the PCA Club Racing Chair, Dave Rodenroth, for consideration. Note: Continued acceptability is not guaranteed and may result in Wait List status.  Driver eligibility - questions regarding Driver eligibility and License status not answered by the following information should be directed to Susan Shire, pcaclubrace@aol.com. 1. For a driver to be considered for acceptance he/she must be registered. 2. Drivers must be a current PCA member. 3. Drivers must have a 2023 PCA Club Racing License. 4. Drivers must have current medical paperwork on-file. 5. Drivers must have participated as the PRIMARY driver in a PCA Club Race, sprint or enduro, between February 2020 and February 2023. Note: A registration may NOT be shared by multiple drivers or transferred to anyone else. The Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group $1500.00 REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT is NOT required to register or for acceptance. However, in order to be confirmed after acceptance, the registration fee payment MUST be paid by May 7th, 11:59 pm (CDT). Accepted registrations not paid by May 21st, 11:59 pm (CDT) will not be confirmed, will be moved to the bottom of the Wait List, and the spot filled from the Wait List. Payment must be made by credit card thru ClubRegistration.net. In the spirit of fairness, and to allow as many cars/drivers as possible to participate in Rennsport Reunion 7, if an accepted/confirmed Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group participant is later confirmed in another Rennsport Reunion 7 Run Group, theRennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group registration will be canceled and the spot given to a registrant on the PCA Club Racing Run Group Wait List. On July 15th all confirmed Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group registrants must have approved medical paperwork on-file that is current until (at a minimum) October 2, 2023 on-file in the Club Racing Office. On July 15th Wait List registrants wishing to remain on the Wait List must meet the same requirement of approved medical paperwork on-file that is current until (at a minimum) October 2, 2023 on-file in the Club Racing Office. Additional information will be required from confirmed registrants that will include, but will not be limited to, cell phone #, a car photo and transport information. The full submission of the requested information is the responsibility of the registrant and must be completed in the time period stated. Failure to do so may result in removal to the Wait List. EVENT DETAILS This is an unmuffled event. The races at this event will NOT qualify for 2023 National Championship Series points or the 2023 West Coast Series.  The Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group $1,500.00 registration fee will include: Parking - Paddock space (size information not available at this time) 4 Pit Crew Passes The Rennsport Reunion 7 Schedule, when available, will be posted on ClubRegistration.net: Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group Refund policy: • A $150.00 service fee will be charged for all refunds. Between notification of confirmation and midnight (CDT) Saturday, August 19th there will be no refund for a confirmedRennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group registration unless the spot can be filled from the Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group Wait List.  • After midnight (CDT) Saturday, August 19th there will be no refund for confirmed Rennsport Reunion 7 Sholar Friedman Cup PCA Club Racing Run Group registration. I must have a complete registration on this registration site. 2. I must be a current PCA member. 3. I must have a 2023 PCA Club Racing License and current medical paperwork on-file as noted below. *** 4. I must have participated as the PRIMARY driver in a PCA Club Race, sprint or enduro, between February 2020 and February 2023 5.  I agree that if I change my registered car or car information or if my License status changes, for any reason, after I am an accepted/confirmed PCA Club Race Run Group participant that my registration will be reviewed again and that my status as an accepted/confirmed PCA Club Race Run Group participant may be withdrawn. 6.  A registration may NOT be shared by multiple drivers or transferred to anyone else. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures.  I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car.  My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate and that my car has a current valid Club Racing log book.  I understand that I am required to reimburse PCA Club Racing, WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, and Rennsport Reunion VII for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee. The points races at this Club Race will NOT earn points towards the 2023 PCA Club Racing National Championship Points Series or the 2023 West Coast Series.
