| Description |
The Alabama Region of the PCA would like to invite you to register for our Driver Education Event (DE) on April 1-2, 2023 at Barber Motorsports Park. Our weekend event will run five groups of drivers starting with the Drivers Education Experience (DEX) and continuing up from novice to advanced/expert. The DEX is a Saturday one day event specifically designed to provide a safe and educational experience for those interested in getting a taste of driving your car on a road course track. It is attractively priced at $100. When registering make sure to include the event fee payment, ewaiver signature and verification, Tshirt size and quantity. Confirmation of your attendance cannot be done until all of the above items are completed. Slots in all driver groups are limited and are awarded based on the date of payment, earliest first. PCA members - make sure to enter your PCA member number. If you are not a PCA member, please consider joining as the event fee savings for one event more than covers the annual cost of PCA dues. | Refund Policy |
Cancellation Policy: The Entry Fee will be refunded less a $50. 00 administration fee if the event chairman or registrar receives notification in writing or via e-mail to the address stated in the specific event application fifteen (15) days prior to the event. There are no refunds within fourteen (14) days of the event. If a check is accepted for payment and that check is returned insufficient there will be a $50. 00 return fee assessed. |
| Indemnity Policy |
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. I understand that I am required to reimburse the PCA Alabama Region and/or the venue for any fees or charges assessed for physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee. I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. |
