GPR DE Carrera GT at MPH 2024 NOTE: Novice registration closes Monday, May13 at 5pm. Regular registration closes at 6pm Tue, May 14. No exceptions. NOTE 2: When registering, you must e-sign the PCA waivers to be confirmed for the DE. NOTE3: If you have not attended PCA DE events in the past, or completed the GPR novice program, you must provide Documented track experience or we will require you to attend our Novice Program. NOTE 4: ANY registration done AFTER the deadline has passed will result in an additonal $25 administrative fee. Join the Great Plains Region Porsche Club of American for our 3-day DE at Motorsports Park Hastings (MPH) in Hastings, NE. There will be Novice (yellow) combined with intermediate (green) and advanced (red) run groups. The following is require to complete your registration at the track: 1) Technical inspection form - to be completed by the driver's mechanic prior to event. New more technical form in 2024. Bring the completed form with you for tech inspection at the track. 2) Valid driver’s license, all drivers must a minimum of 18 years old. 3) Helmet - SNELL SA2015 or higher with original certification sticker attached. 4) Clothing - full length cotton pants, cotton shirt, cotton socks and leather shoes. 5) Seatbelts - factory belts in good condition. 5/6 point harnesses require a HANS device. No 4 Point Harnesses are allowed. Passenger seat must duplicate what driver's seat has. Final Technical Inspection at the Track: Bring your car, completed tech form, and helmet to the tech area at the track. Tech opens at 9am on Fri, 7am on Sat & Sun. Sat night will be our traditional supper at the Tessman's. DE Attendees: If you are not a member of Great Plains Region PCA, please add the GPR Assoc Membership to your entry when you register. It's a $10 fee good for a calendar year at our events and allows us to keep our non-profit status. NOTE: this does NOT apply to club racers doing the Fri practice sessions. Keywords: MPH GPRPCA |
| Refund Policy |
You "Must" agree to the refund policy to be confirmed. Effective 4/1/2023 the Great Plains Region establishes the following DE registration and refund policy: ? GPR will require payment in full on ClubRegistration. net, or by check to the Registrar in order to be registered for DE events. ~ Cancellations prior to registration closing will be refunded their registration fee less $50. ~ Cancellations after registration closes will be refunded their registration fees less $100. ~ Exceptions at the track are at the discretion of the Safety Chair. ~ All refunds are submitted to Club Registration the Monday after an event. |
| Indemnity Policy | Participants acknowledge that Great Plains Region PCA driving events entail known and unanticipated risks which could result in damage to the participant, to property or to third parties, physical or emotional injury, paralysis or death. The participant understands that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the driving event. Participation in this event is purely voluntary, the participant expressly agrees to accept and assume all associated risks and elects to participate in spite of the risks. |
