Description 32nd running of the 48 Hours at Sebring at the legendary Sebring International Raceway
January 30 thru February 2, 2025


A new exciting year of Club Racing is about to begin and there is no better place to start the new year than the 48 Hours at Sebring.

We are proud to announce that this year we will offer night racing. Yes, Thursday and Friday evenings, you will get a chance to drive the infamous course in the dark! An experience you will never forget. The Friday Night Sprint race is not a Championship Series Points race.

Next, Sebring has implemented a $100.00 per plug charge for those using 30/50-amp power. Sebring staff will be collecting this fee Monday through Wednesday from those waiting in the staging area by the start/ finish line. For those arriving at the track after we gain entry late Wednesday afternoon may secure a power tag at the main gate. Please alert the team principal and/or crew chief to be prepared for this new charge. Should you have any questions, please contact Dennis Wojcik

1) Racer and Coach ONLY – Test and Tune (Thursday - run under PCA Club Racing Rules) - (All coaches must be pre-approved by the registrar and have their own 48 Hours at Sebring Test and Tune registration - some restrictions apply - see option details). 
**The Thursday Test and Tune Sessions are only for registered 48 Hours at Sebring Club Race Sprint and Enduro Club Race participants. Registered Race participant coaches may register for the Thursday Test and Tune Sessions. All participating coaches must have their own 48 Hours at Sebring Test and Tune Session registration - some restrictions apply - see option details).
Run under PCA Club Racing Rules these non-timed sessions are your opportunity to shake out the car and learn the track. Car and logbook tech will be conducted by PCA Club Racing National Scrutineers.

2) Club Race (Friday - Sunday), (Sprint and or 90 minute Enduro). 
3) Golf Carts rentals may be arranged through your Club Race registration, look for the option.
4) The Goodie Store will be fully functional with Tee shirts, hats, patches and more.
5) Speed Showcase Returns Friday night. Stop by for some food & drink while talking to various vendors.

Wednesday
– Early registration & Tech – Watch for locations and times
Thursday – Registration, Tech, Racer and Coach ONLY Test & Tune Sessions and Night Sprint Practice Sessions
Friday - Race Practice Sessions, Qualifying, Night Sprint Race, and Speed Showcase.
Saturday - Two Sprint Races per run group,
Sunday - 90-minute Enduro Races

48 Hours at Sebring Club Race 2025 REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY (Revised)
• All refunds will incur a Credit Card Service Fee. 
• Full refund, less service fee, up to one week prior to the event, which is close of business, January 22, 2025, with written notice to 48 Hours D/E Registrar.
• Within one week of the event and up to the start of the event, 7:00am, January 30, 2025, half credit for the identical option for the following year. Written notice to 48 Hours Registrar must be received within this time.
• No refunds or credit once event has started – Thursday, 7:00am, January 30, 2025.

I understand that the order of registration confirmation and run group assignment will be by registration time-stamp and full payment of all registration fees. A portion of your entry fee to be applied to a seasonal membership in Gold Coast Region Porsche Club.

I understand that my registration for this event will not be approved or confirmed until I have submitted all required paperwork and requested information which may include (but is not limited to) on-line waivers, logbook information, guest information, and team information. 

It is 48 Hours at Sebring policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'Special Circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to complete at-track registration to receive admittance wristbands. 

All guests, crew and volunteers are required to complete at-track registration (which will include signing waivers) to receive admittance wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers – an update.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or be an approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I understand that I am required to reimburse Sebring International Raceway and/or Suncoast / Gold Coast Regions for any fees and/or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee. In the case of damage to the track, as the primary registrant of a car identified by the corner worker as being responsible for the damage (recognizing that the driver/car may not be the one who caused the incident) I understand that I will be liable for the damages regardless of the driver (primary, co-driver, coach) driving my registered car at the time of the incident. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified regarding time, place, and date.

The points races at this Club Race will earn points toward the 2025 PCA National Championship Points Series and the 2025 PCA Clubsport Series presented by Pirelli (1st event of the 2025 Series).

2025 48 Hours at Sebring Registration Refund Policy
• No Credit for Track Damage Assistance option after January 22, 2025.
• No Credit for Golf Cart Rentals after January 22, 2025
• Full refund, less service fee, up to one week prior to the event, which is close of business, January 22, 2025, with written notice to 48 Hours Registrar.
• Within one week of the event and up to the start of the event, 7:00am, January 30, 2025, half credit for the identical option for the following year. No credit will be issued for Track Damage Assistance or Golf Cart rental. Written notice to 48 Hours Registrar must be received within this time.
• No refunds or credit once event has started – Thursday, 7:00am, January 30, 2025.
• No refund on special order merchandise – Items may be obtained at track by authorized person. No merchandise will be mailed.

Track Damage Assistance Option
Coverage period is from January 30, 2025, thru February 2, 2025. Should 48 Hours at Sebring receive a charge from Sebring International Speedway for track damage incurred during the event, this cost will be passed on to the driver unless this option is in place. Covers Thursday T&T and Night Sprint Practice sessions, Friday Practice and Night Sprint Race sessions, Saturday Sprint sessions and Sunday Enduro sessions. Does not cover David Murry Track Days (Tuesday - Wednesday, Jan 28 - 29, 2025) or any Track Touring Session on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (Jan 31 – Feb 2, 2025). Option covers the first $2,500 with the balance due from driver. Option must be purchased by the close of registration, 7:30 pm EST, on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. This option will cover the charge to the driver as identified by the corner worker as being responsible for the damage recognizing that driver may not be the one who caused the incident. NOTE: The option is for the car doing the damage with the primary registrant liable no matter the driver (primary, co-driver, coach or enduro driver) or who may have caused the incident.Should 48 Hours at Sebring receive a charge from Sebring International Speedway for track damage incurred during the event, this cost will be passed on to the driver unless this option is in place. Covers Thursday T&T and Night Sprint Practice sessions, Friday Practice and Night Sprint Race sessions, Saturday Sprint sessions and Sunday Enduro sessions.

Thursday (optional) TEST AND TUNE PRIMARY DRIVER
Please use this option if you are the PRIMARY DRIVER in the Thursday TEST and TUNE Sessions and will drive in the correct TEST and TUNE class. (The Thursday Night Sprint Practice sessions are NOT included with this option.) This option requires a Saturday Sprint Race or a Sunday Enduro Race Registration. Test and Tune Sessions will be run under PCA Club Racing Rules. These non-timed sessions are your opportunity to shake out the car and learn the track. Test and Tune Car and Logbook Tech will be conducted by PCA Club Racing National Scrutineers. Completed 2025 PCA Club Racing Technical Inspection Forms will be required in order to receive a Tech Sticker. No passengers of any description or title will be allowed in any Test & Tune Session. Coaches should NOT use this option.

Select this option only if you are the COACH for a Thursday Test & Tune registrant ... includes one Event Driver shirt. Coaches registered for the Thursday Test and Tune Sessions (even though not registered for the Club Race) may drive one or more registered cars during the session, provided they are PCA licensed racers and recognized coaches. (The Thursday Night Sprint Practice sessions are NOT included with this option.) Please register in the car of the racer to be coached. If multiple racers are to be coached, please list ALL names in the co-driver section. Test and Tune Sessions will be run under PCA Club Racing Rules. These non-timed sessions are an opportunity to shake out the car, collect data, and your driver to learn the track. No passengers of any description or title will be allowed in any Test & Tune Session. (This is not the Test and Tune co-driver option.)
