Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2025 Can-Am Challenge Club Race, which will be held at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP, aka Mosport) on Friday June 27 to Sunday June 29, 2025. We're also having UCR Family Day at the track again this year on Sunday June 29, 2025. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow Porsche enthusiasts and be part of the great motorsport tradition of our favourite, and the greatest, automotive brand. Event volunteer opportunities include photography, gridding cars, monitoring the paddock, registration, timing and scoring and assisting in tower, as well as supporting Family Day on the Sunday. All volunteers get a free event t-shirt - select your size in the questionnaire below. Have a look at the questionnaire and please leave any comments at the end. | Refund Policy | UCR has a one week no cancellation/no refund policy. For any cancellations within the last week before the event, if the spot is able to be filled by another member, a refund will be issued; if not, no refund will be issued. |
| Indemnity Policy | RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to any claims or actions for damages for personal injuries, death or otherwise arising out of my participation in this event. I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for my personal safety and the safety of my car. I also certify that I have no physical or mental problems which could jeopardize me or others if I participate in this event. I will not use any controlled substances prior to or during the course of the event, unless prescribed by my physician, and acknowledge that I may be excluded from this event for a violation of this pledge. I agree to abide by the PCA Club Rules and regulations of this event. I also agree that pictures taken at this event by the UCR/PCA Photographer, or by any of the event organizers or participants may be published in PCA magazines, websites and used to promote future club events. |
