Description	Click for Tech Form Click for the Car and Driver Requirements SA2015 or newer rated helmet required Convertibles must have roll over protection – see Car and Driver Requirements for details Open cockpit cars must have arm restraints (Thunder Roadster, Ariel Atom, Exocet) Event runs rain or shine, hot or cold All experience levels welcome Open to licensed drivers age 16 or older (under 19 requires accompanying parent) Passengers are allowed (16 or older) Sessions will run from 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break Check in at the track will be available from 5pm-7pm on Friday and at the track the morning of the event beginning at 6am Sound limit at Barber is 103dB measured from a fixed location Electrical hook ups will be available for a fee payable at the track Full weekend cost is $549.99 per driver - A $50 savings off the regular price! Novice Instructed requires an additional $100 instructor fee Camping fee is $100 We also have a limited number of Saturday Only and Sunday Only spots (available for solo drivers only) Co-Driver registration is an extra $100. Co-Drivers will share main driver's car and sessions.  No registration is confirmed until payment is received. Run Group Info For this event we will have 4 run groups.  Novice - will include both instructed drivers and solo drivers. Intermediate 1 - drivers who have solo-ed already and are ready to move out of the Novice group and have completed a minimum of 4-6 weekends. Intermediate 2 - drivers with more than 13-15 weekends working on becoming advanced drivers. In this Intermediate 2 group we will feature passing anywhere with a point by.  Advanced - highly experienced drivers (25+ weekends) who can maintain speed through the corners. In advanced, you are expected to never hold up an approaching faster driver.
Refund Policy	Cancellations more than 14 days before the event - full refund minus 5% processing fees retained by Square and Clubregistration. net.  Cancellations 8-14 days before event - refund minus $125 cancellation fee or a FULL credit to a future Just Track It event.  Cancellations 7 days or less before an event - no refund or credit.
Indemnity Policy	This is a high speed open track event held at a private racing facility.  While the overriding consideration during the operation of the event is safety, incidents may occur that could cause vehicle damage and/or personal injury.  You will be driving with other participants whose vehicles may be uninsured and/or unregistered.  You are fully responsible for the safe operation and safe mechanical condition of your vehicle.  Just Track It, LLC, its officers, staff and facility providers assume no responsibility in the event of an accident, of any kind, in the course of this event.  The undersigned assumes all risks and hazards incidental to participating in this high speed open track event, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and does hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Just Track It, LLC, its officers, staff and facility for any claim of any kind for damage or injury to his/herself, his/her personal property, including his/her vehicle, or damage to any other person, personal property or vehicle.  By participating in this event, you assume all risk and liability of damage to the facility.  This includes but is not limited to damage to the track surface due to spilled fluids, damage to guard rail, and damage to tire barriers.  If you have an incident that results in track damage you will be responsible for the costs of repair payable immediately to the track.  Your registration is your acknowledgment of the above and agreement to attend under these conditions.

Instructor - Mandatory for Novice-Instructed Drivers Mandatory charge for all drivers not approved for solo driving. This includes any driver that has fewer than 4 verified instructed events with a recognized HPDE organization. Also available as an option for solo approved drivers to be assigned an instructor for the day or weekend.	$100.00
Co-Driver Share your car and sessions with a co-driver. Your co-driver must have similar experience level and be able to drive in the same run group as you. You must also list your co-drivers experience.	$100.00

Vinyl car number set Vinyl car number set, Can be stuck on rear side glass or sides of car. Car numbers are required for all participants so if you do not have a number set already, either order this or make other arrangements. Car numbers must be in a contrasting color to your car and approx 8" tall to be clearly visible to the corner marshals.	$25.00
Advanced Coaching One session with senior instructor for advanced level coaching.	$100.00
Professional photo package Your car on track captured by Motorsport Media. Your satisfaction is guaranteed or a full refund of the photo package price. You can expect several dozen shots of your car on track. After the event you will receive a link to download the photo set.	$85.00
