Description |
Autocross has become a feature part of the 48 Hours at Sebring Club Race and will again be run as part of this Club Race at Historic Sebring Raceway. Every region should consider sending their top PCA autocrossers to this year’s zone 12 AX Challenge. Classes will be based on PCR's, with class combining where applicable, so that each class has at least 2 competitors. . This is a Porsche car/PCA member only event. This year two (2) AX events in one day! Run morning, afternoon, or both. Here are the details: Date: Saturday, Feb. 1st, 2025 Afternoon: Time: 12:30 AM - 5:00 PM 12:30 - 1:30 Check in/Tech/course walk (TBA Possible Track Tour and Lunch break) 1:30 Driver meeting 2:00 First car out on course 5:00 Finish all runs and present trophies at Skid Pad There will be a limit of 32 paid entries in the morning and 32 paid entries in the afternoon. No on-site registration. ($60 if paid after Jan. 19) We anticipate that all entrants will receive a T-Shirt and possibly a commemorative AutoX keepsake. You will have either the morning or afternoon to AutoX and the other half of the day to volunteer or watch the racing and socialize. Hard core competitors can run both events. Pirelli has furnished some really nice hats for the men's and ladies' FTD. Added feature: an AutoX school on Friday afternoon January 31st, and reduction/elimination of single car classes for trophies.
