Peachstate PCA Autocross Sponsored by Four Hats Inc and Kelly AutomotiveWelcome to the 2025 Peachstate PCA Autocross Championship!!!This event will be slightly different to our normal events as we will have a special Womens Car Control Clinic on Saturday 15th followed by a regular autocross on Sunday 16th. Each round of our 2025 championship will take place at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Hampton, GA. Schedule as follows:Saturday 9am - Gates Open 10am - Introduction and Drivers Meeting 10:30am - 2:30pm Car Control Clinic Sunday 7:30 am - Gates Open 8:00 am - On-Site Check-in Begins 8:00 am - 8:50 am - Course Walk Available 9:00 am - Mandatory Drivers Meeting 9:30 am - First Car on Course 3:30-4pm - Finish followed with celebrating the end of season at POPPIN Pizza and Fireworks. What to do when you arriveThe Champions Lot at Atlanta Motor Speedway is divided into three sections; the area covered with cones is the track, in the middle is a concrete area leading to the ticket booths, we call this the grid. The parking lot not covered in cones is the pit. On arrival: 1) Pit your car in an available parking space 2) Come to the registration table to complete check in. 3) Return to car and remove any loose items and apply numbers for autocross 4) Move your car to the grid and open the trunk(s) for tech inspection 5) Walk the course RegistrationAll registration and payment must be through Clubregistration.net, there will not be on-site registration or payment at this event. The costs are (per driver): - $53 for PCA members - $58 for non-members This includes 10 runs. Please bring your own lunch and weather appropriate clothing. Members RatesTo qualify for the PCA rate you must have a PCA membership number associated with your Clubregistration account, you can verify/add this under My Account -> Edit Memberships. There are no exceptions. Numbers and ClassesThe system will auto-generate a number if you don't already have one. If you are a first time autocross participant, we do expect you to classify your own car. That information is located in the Autocross section of the Peachstate website: http://www.peachstatepca.org/Autocross/7. As a rough guide:
MinorsIf your child (minimum age 16yr) is participating in the event, please bring a completed waiver. Minimum requirements for the autocross are 16 and a valid driver's license. Licensed minor's may drive by themselves but a parent or legal guardian must be present on site. Multi-Driver CarsIf you are a multi-driver car, both drivers will need to register and pay separately and enter the other driver as their co-driver. This helps us put you in separate run groups. | Refund Policy | Cancellations: All cancellations must be made through Clubregistration. net. Cancellations up to 9pm on the Friday before the autocross are eligible for a full refund or credit against a future event. Refunds after that are at the event chairs discretion. We do run in the rain, but if the weather forces us to cancel the event then we will contact registrants regarding refunds and credits. |
| Indemnity Policy | AUTOCROSS EVENTS - Each person entering the premises of the autocross site must sign a release and waiver of liability. Children must have a responsible parent or guardian sign a release and waiver of liability for them. |
