DIY Basics: Keep It Running Right This tech session is all about hands-on, owner-level maintenance—the everyday work that keeps a Porsche reliable, safe, and enjoyable to drive. If you like knowing what’s going on under the hood (or under the car), this one’s for you. Location: Moto Escape - Chamblee (Exact address will be provided after registration) Something special is happening behind the doors of a historic Chamblee Industrial site on New Peachtree Road — once home to Mazda rotary race engine building & tuning, a legendary Mazda parts supplier, the invention/development of the Hans device, and an IMSA Hall of Famer. Moto Escape Atlanta is now the custodian of this automotive legacy. Being a great steward with the city’s premier car storage and social club — an escape from routine for owners of sports cars, classics, exotics, and motorcycles, paired with a full workshop, wash bay, and community tool set. More than a storage facility, it’s a thriving hub for Atlanta’s automotive culture, hosting meetups, events, and gatherings that bring enthusiasts together. DRIVERS EDUCATION - Refund Policy: Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund for cancellations RECEIVED VIA CLUBREGISTRATION after acceptance and by 21 days prior to the event. ANY cancellation received after the 21 day period is ineligible for any refund. Administration fee for returned checks will be $50 AUTOCROSS - Entrants who register and pay online, then subsequently cancel at least 2 days prior to the event will receive a full refund automatically. No shows must send an email to the event registrar by the Tuesday following the event and state whether they prefer their fee be applied to the next event or be refunded. |

DRIVERS EDUCATION EVENTS - I understand that I am required to reimburse Peachstate Region for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew and guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee. As a condition of my participation in this Driver's School, I agree that I will be responsible for myself and my vehicle at all times, and I hereby release the Porsche Club of America, Peachstate Region, Inc. and their officers, agents, and officials from any claim, liability, cost or expense arising from my attendance at this school. I further agree that the vehicle used during this event will be operated only by a fully licensed driver over the age of 18, and that the said vehicle will be fully covered by liability and property damage insurance in full force and effect during the school. AUTOCROSS EVENTS - Each person entering the premises of the autocross site must sign a release and waiver of liability. Children must have a responsible parent or guardian sign a release and waiver of liability for them. |
