Make some new friends, see some great cars, and have a wonderful day. Event is in Birmingham: Arrival and Car Preparation begins at 9:00AM, Concours Judging begins at 11:30AM sharp, Picnic Lunch Served at 1:00PM. Last years picnic and concours was a rousing success. We expect a great turnout again this year. The concours is the outside of the car including the wheels. Here is the excuse you need to make your car looking its best. Trophies are awarded in eight categories so everyone has a great chance of winning one. Don’t miss this fun event and register early. Lunch consists of dishes brought by members and an excellent meal with hors d’oeuvres provided by the co-chairs of this event. As a bonus, early arrivals are treated to a wonderful breakfast. $10.00 per person ($15.00 after August 8th) Children under 16 are free. Event refunds after the Cancellation Deadline are at the discretion of the Event Chair and are determined on a case-by-case basis; depending if venue/meal costs can be adjusted. You are welcome to send an alternate to the event in your place for no additional fee. Advanced notification is appreciated, but not required. Please provide your alternate with the original registration information so we can adjust the registration documentation accordingly for check-in. Special the circumstances would be considered of the individual requesting a refund (emergencies, health, etc. ) No refunds would be provided to no-shows |
