Registering for this event on clubregistration.net does not reserve a hotel room for you. You need to do this separately. Please don't register for any river boat cruise on the hotel website as part of your room registration. That fee is ALREADY INCLUDED in your HCR River Walk Romp registration fee! Registration fee refund (minus credit card processing fee) on or before September 6, 2026. Please note: Cancelling your event registration does not cancel any hotel reservations that you may have made. |
| Indemnity Policy |
Per PCA policy: - All Registrants must sign Liability waiver electronically prior to event confirmation. - All Adult participants must sign Liability Waiver - All Parents or Guardians must sign a children's liability waiver for each of their child participants under age 18 (EIGHTEEN) HCR Alcohol Policy: - If you choose to consume alcoholic beverages, we encourage you to do so responsibly. Please be mindful of how much you drink and arrange safe transportation if needed. By attending this event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions and agree not to hold the Porsche Club of America, Hill Country Region liable for any incidents that may arise from any alcohol consumption. |
