Texas-style Saturday Night Dinner
There will not be a PCA sponsored Test and Tune prior to the race. However, MSR is having a “test & tune” Friday, November 10th, at $150 cash/check ($162 if pay by credit card) for the day. Hot track 9am to 5pm. (No ½ day discounts.) (MSR members will have to pay the $150 fee.) Call JC Price at 817-512-3162 for information and sign up.
This is THE last PCA Club Race in the mid-west this year and many class championships are very close. So come get those much needed points for the National and Zone Championships!!
Rookie and Provisional License Candidates who complete the PCA Club Racing School and race at this event will have their 2018 License Renewal fee waived. Some restrictions apply - please contact the PCA Club Racing National Office 847.272.7764.
There will be fuel (including race fuel) available adjacent to the track. We have multiple options for on-site track support at MSR. On-Site Tires, GSpeed, and Doghouse Performance will be available on site to provide support. All will take advance tire orders for customers and receive drop-ships. On-Site Tires can be reached at (855) 667-4835. GSpeed can be reached at (877) 512-5180. Doghouse can be reached at (817) 396-4211.
Doghouse and GSpeed both perform track alignments, brake services and more. GSpeed has all major oils and fluids for sale, along with a limited selection of racing accessories (gloves, suits, balaclavas, etc.).

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.
This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.
All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)
I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures.
I understand that I am required to reimburse PCA Maverick Region and/or Motorsports Ranch for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.
I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car.
All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds after October 28th.
No refunds after November 9th.
Sprint PRIMARY Driver
2 Sprint Races. For this event, all car numbers will be two or three digits with no duplications. Numbers less than ten can be used but will need a leading zero (i.e. 05). Please select this option if you are the primary driver and will be driving in the correct Sprint Race class ... includes one event folding chair and one Saturday Night Dinner Ticket.

Enduro PRIMARY Driver
60 minute Enduro Race. Please use this option if you are the primary driver in the Enduro Race. This option requires a Sprint Race Registration. No Enduro Race for Vintage Group.
60 minute Enduro. Please use this option ONLY if you are the 2nd driver in shared Enduro Race car. This option requires a Sprint Race Registration in your own car. No Enduro Race for Vintage Group.
Enduro ONLY CO-Driver
60 minute Enduro race. Please use this option only if you are the 2nd driver in shared Enduro Race car AND you are NOT registered for the Sprint Race in your own car ... includes one event folding chair and one Saturday Night Dinner Ticket. No Enduro Race for Vintage Group.
