Description Registration for this event will begin AT NOON on August 22, 2018!!

Assignments to run groups and confirmations into the event will start occurring the two weeks after registration starts and continue up until the week of the event.

IMPORTANT!!!
Confirmation of payment and assignment to a run group are not confirmation of entry into the event. When you register for an LSR HPDE for the first time the system will automatically place you on the "Unassigned" run group. After our Chief Driving Instructor evaluates your track experience from your Driver's Profile in ClubRegistration.net, he will assign you to the proper run group. The Registrar and CDI must review entry before final confirmation is done.  You will receive a Confirmation Email after this review is completed.

Remember time of payment counts!
Confirmations are based on the time of payment.  If, at the time of registration, you do not pay, another applicant who pays before you, will be accepted before you.  Drivers that have completed their payment will initially be placed on the "Pending" list until confirmations start. Drivers that have not completed their payment will remain on the "Waiting" list until payment is confirmed. If by the time payment is received the driver's run group is full, he/she will remain on the "Pending" list until cancelations are received and a spot opens in his/her assigned group.

Please include your PCA membership information and track experience in your profile at ClubRegistration.net. Not doing so may delay or prevent you from participating in this event.
Please check your STATUS on ClubRegistration.net when you login on your dashboard.

Car numbers are an essential element of how the event organizers and corner workers identify and manage participants in the event. When you register for an HPDE of a region that you have participated before, the system (Clubregistration.net) assigns you the default number that you had at previous events.  If it is your first time with the region, it assigns you a random (available) number. Historically, PCA has reserved the single and double digit numbers for the Instructors group and we will continue that practice for this event. In case there are duplicate numbers among registrants, the driver who registered and paid first will get the number, the other will be reassigned. We understand many drivers have permanent or magnetic numbers on their cars and we will continue to accommodate those needs as long as they are available and comply with the practices mentioned above. Those who race or participate at different tracks/regions events are aware that their permanent number is not going to be available everywhere and carry painters tape to change numbers as needed.
We will be driving clockwise at MSR Houston.

Food and beverages will be served on Saturday evening and are included in the price of the event.  The activities will commence approximately 30 minutes after the track goes cold (estimated at 5:30 PM).
