Description Porsche of Conshohocken presents Riesentöter Stuttgart Challenge at Monticello Motor Club to be held on 13-15 July 2018 (Friday-Sunday) features Sprint Practice Sessions, a practice starts session with a Fun Race, two Sprint Races and a 90-minute Enduro. The event offers the opportunity to win custom awards and includes a logo-laden, carry-on compliant roll-aboard duffel.

This event is the 4th in Trophy East Race Series and will also include a Vintage Run Group.

CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS. The second Sprint Race and the Enduro Race will earn points towards the PCA National Championship Series. The two Sprint Races will also earn points towards the 944 Cup North Chapter Racing Series.

TEST DAY. Monticello Motor Club will conduct a Test Day on Thursday, July 12th. All Test Days will be run solely by MMC (not PCA events) and in adherence to MMC’s Rules and Regulations. Information: https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/mmc-test-day-for-2018-pca-club-race-monticello-motor-riesentoter-894825 Registration opens May 28th.  Non-MMC coaches must register for the test and tune day

CREW. Anyone accompanying the driver to or meeting him or her at the event must be registered by name as a crew member and the crew fee paid in advance on this website. Crew fees may not be paid at the event. Only previously registered racers and crew members will be admitted to the event. Please provide your crew registration information on clubregistration.net.

FOOD AND DRINK. Race and crew fees include gourmet breakfast and lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, evening hors d’oeuvre, craft beer and fine wine on Friday and Saturday, and a full Awards Dinner on Saturday.

PADDOCK SPACE. Monticello Motor Club has limited paddock space. The number of support vehicles may be restricted and large rigs and motor homes may be permitted only if supporting multiple race cars. Allocation of paddock space will be made to those completing the parking information on clubregistration.net on a rolling basis, so please supply the requested information promptly. All paddock space will be assigned before the gate opens at 4:00 PM EDT on Thursday, July 12th.

CAMPING. Paddock overnight camping is allowed without any additional fee (no hookups are available).

Agreement All drivers, guests, crew and volunteers are required to complete at-track registration (sign waivers) and receive admittance wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers - a reminder.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I agree to reimburse the PCA Riesentöter Region and/or Monticello Motor Club for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, or my guests. Any such costs are not covered by my registration fee.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Monticello Motor Club schedule of repair costs (see Event Files).

The points races at this Club Race will earn points towards the 2018 944 Cup North Chapter Racing Series as well as the 2018 PCA National Championship Points Series.

Payment / Cancellation / Refund Policy for Club Race Participants

Payment in full must be received by the Race Registrar in order for applicants to be PCA approved, confirmed for the event, and assigned to a race group.

In the event a registrant cancels, consideration for refund will be given according to the following guidelines:
1) If notice of cancellation is received at least 15 days before the race date (by 28 June 2018), registrants will be eligible for a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
2) Racers who provide cancellation notice after 28th June and before the close of race registration (8th July at 12:01 AM CDT) will be eligible for a 50% refund unless the race is over-subscribed and the cancelling racer’s spot on the roster is filled from a Wait List in which case a full refund will be issued less a $25 processing fee.
3) Refunds may not be given if cancellation notice is received after the close of race registration (8th July at 12:01 AM CDT).
In order to be considered for a refund, cancellation notification must be made via e-mail to the Race Registrar (raceregistrar@rtr-pca.org). The date of the e-mail is received will determine the time of cancellation and the refund amount. Any applicant whose license application is not approved by the National Club Racing Coordinator will be entitled to a full refund regardless of the timing of such notification.

Refunds will be made by check issued by the Riesentöter Region Treasurer.
