Description Join us in sunny Florida for the 26th Annual 48 Hours at Sebring International Raceway

The points races at this Club Race will earn points towards 944 Cup South Chapter Racing Series as well as the 2019 PCA National Championship Series.

Wednesday
- 5:00 pm Track opens for setup
Thursday
- 7:00 am Optional Test & Tune Registrations open
- 9:00 am – 4:00 pm optional Test & Tune Sessions (PCA DE Rules) 2 Run Run Groups - max 85 registrants each.
- At-Track Club Race Registration and Tech Inspection Open
- "Chalk Talk"
- 5:00 pm - Orientation Meeting (Mandatory for Rookie & Provisional License Candidates) - Chateau Elan/Salon B

All drivers, guests, crew and volunteers are required to complete at-track registration (sign waivers) and receive admittance wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers - a reminder.

Note: A portion of your entry fee to be applied to a seasonal membership in Gold Coast Region Porsche Club.


REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY -
• Full refund up to two weeks prior to the event – close of business January 16, 2019. (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received prior to this time frame - Based on time stamp message received)
• Within two weeks of the event, half credit for the identical option for the following year – up to close of business January 30, 2019. (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received within this time frame - Based on time stamp message received)
• Full refund for medical issues up to start of event – 8:00 am, January 30, 2019. (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received prior to this time frame - Based on time stamp message received)
• No refunds / credit once event has started – Thursday, 8:00 am, January 30, 2019.
• No refund on special order merchandise – Items may be obtained at track by authorized person. No merchandise will be mailed. 
• Refund for Dinner tickets up to 7 days of the event, January 25, 2019.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I understand that I am required to reimburse Sebring International Raceway and/or Suncoast / Gold Coast for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.

Please use this option if you are the PRIMARY DRIVER in the Thursday TEST and TUNE and will drive in the correct TEST and TUNE class. This option requires a Saturday Sprint Race Registration. Includes Friday Night Party.

Please use this option if you are the 2nd driver (CO-DRIVER) in a shared Thursday TEST and TUNE car and will drive out of class. This option requires a Saturday Sprint Race Registration. Includes Friday Night Party

Thursday TEST AND TUNE COACH (under PCA DE Rules)
Under PCA DE Rules. These are not race practice sessions. Select this option only if you are the COACH for a Thursday Test & Tune registrant. (This is not the Test & Tune co-driver option.) Please register in the car of the racer to be coached. If multiple racers are to be coached, please list all names in the co-driver section. This option requires a PCA Membership and approval by the Event Committee. This option includes the Friday Night Party but does not include a Saturday evening dinner ticket.
