Advanced DE Thursday, April 25th (noise restricted) - Lime Rock 88 dB noise limit in effect for Thursday and will be strictly enforced.DE registration opens March 11th at DE registrar:

Register (and pay) EARLY! Final Race Roster is limited. Payment in full must be received by the Race Registrar in order for applicants to be PCA approved, confirmed for the event and assigned to a race group.

Race fees as listed automatically provide each racer: Entry into 3 sprint races, event memento, and Saturday Awards ceremony. 

Family and crew members are welcome to attend the post-race events at no charge.

Paddock overnight camping is an option for an additional $30.00 (hookups are not available).

Agreement All drivers, guests, crew and volunteers are required to complete at-track registration (sign waivers) and receive admittance wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers - a reminder.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I understand that I am required to reimburse the PCA Connecticut Valley Region and/or Lime Rock Park for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.

Payment / Cancellation / Refund Policy for Club Race Participants

Payment in full must be received by the Race Registrar in order for applicants to be PCA approved, confirmed for the event, and assigned to a race group.

In the event a registrant must cancel out of the event, consideration for refund will be given according to the following guidelines:
1) If notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days before the race date (by March 27, 2019), registrants will be eligible for a full refund. 
2) Racers who provide cancellation notice between March 28th and April 19th will be eligible for a 50% refund.  NOTE: If the race is over-sold, and the cancelling racer’s spot on the roster is filled from a Wait List, then a full refund will be issued. 
3) Refunds may not be given if cancellation notice is received after the close of race registration (April 20th or later). 

In order to be considered for a refund, cancellation notification must be made via email to the CVR Race Registrar ( The date of the email will determine the timing of the cancellation and the refund amount.  Any applicant whose license application is not approved by the National Club Racing Coordinator will be entitled to a full refund regardless of the timing of such notification. 

All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the event (by May 28, 2019). Refunds will be made either as a PayPal payment reversal or by check issued by the Connecticut Valley Region Treasurer. 

*This cancellation/refund policy applies to Club Race fees only.  Drivers registered for the Advanced DE run in conjunction with the Club Race and all drivers registered for the Thursday Advanced DE should refer to the CVR Drivers’ Education policies regarding cancellation and credits.  Drivers’ Ed and Club Race are two completely separate events with independent registration, payment, and cancellation processes.
