*Friday Test & Tune (under PCA DE Rules) - included in the event fee.
Saturday - Practice sessions, practice starts and Fun Race, 30 minute Sprint Race, and Evening Happy Hour
Sunday - 2 40 minute Sprint Races

Advanced DE all 3 days

The points races at this Club Race will earn points towards the 2019 944 Cup SouthWest Chapter Racing Series as well as the 2019 PCA National Championship Series.

Agreement All drivers, guests, crew and volunteers are required to complete at-track registration (sign waivers) and receive admittance wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers - a reminder.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I understand that I am required to reimburse Kansas City Region Porsche Club of America; Heartland Park Topeka, LLC; Shelby Development LLC. for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.

Kansas City Region Porsche Club of America - Driving Event Refund Policy


KCRPCA incurs significant non-refundable costs in hosting a High Speed Driving Event.  These cost include track rental, insurance, safety workers, etc.  KCRPCA has the following cancelation policy relating to High Speed Driving Event participants:

1.  IF you cancel in writing or via receipt requested email to the registrar of the event prior to 14 days before the event, we will refund or credit your fee for the next event at the discretion of the registrar.

2.  IF you cancel within 14 days before the event or do not attend the event there are no refunds / credits

3.  Mechanical failures at any time during the event are not considered a basis for refunds / credits.

4.  In the unusual event where the event is cancelled by KCRPCA prior to the event, all paid participants will receive a refund of their fee.

5.  In the event of exceptional individual circumstances the KCRPCA event registrar reserves the right to modify this policy at his/her sole discretion on a non-precedent setting basis.
