Description Two day Driver's Education at NOLA Motorsports Park. We will be using the 2.75 mile track configuration. Open to all makes of automobile. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. If you need a rental helmet go to the Event Options page. 

The entry fee will be waived for instructors, up to the number of entries needed to cover the novice group. Instructor slots will be allocated on a first-to-register basis.

Please Note: At this time it is not known how “Rear Collision Avoidance” systems will react at speed in the HPDE environment. For the safety of all participants we have decided not to allow affected vehicles to run with our group at HPDE events unless the system can be disabled.  We have no doubt that this equipment is very helpful in street driving however, we cannot risk endangering drivers, instructors and their vehicles at our on-track driving schools.

A box lunch is included in the entry fee for each day that you are registered. We will have an assortment of box lunches for you to choose. You may pre-order additional lunches on the Event Options page.

There will be a social Sat PM at the NOLA Sport shop, which will include soft drinks, beer, wine and food. The registration fee covers the cost of the social, but please let us know if you plan to attend.

Parade Laps – We will be doing parade laps of the 2.75 mile circuit from 12:00 to 12:30 on Saturday and Sunday. $20 per car covers both days. You will take about 5 laps behind a pace car at normal highway speeds.  Passengers are allowed. See Event Options.

Be sure to keep your personal info up to date, especially your email address and emergency contact info. Go to the Main Menu Tab and select Edit Profile. Also, when choosing a car number, please check the roster first to see if your number is already taken.

The last day to register is Monday, June 17, 2019.

Cancellation Policy: Refund with a $25 cancellation fee if notified by email at least two weeks prior to the event. Within two weeks and up to close of online registration, no refund, however fees will be credited to any future Mardi Gras Region event. Credits are good for one year. There are no refunds or credits for no-shows or anyone canceling after online registration closes. 

Camping - If you would like to reserve an RV space with 50-amp power email Jim Slane at ?985-687-6799? or email j.slane@nolamotor.com. The cost is $40/night.

Indemnity Policy RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to any claims or actions for damages for personal injuries, death or otherwise arising out of my participation in this event.  I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for my personal safety and the safety and race-worthiness of my car.  I also certify that I have no physical or mental problems which could jeopardize me or others if I participate in this event.  I will not use any controlled substances prior to or during the course of the event, unless prescribed by my physician, and acknowledge that I may be excluded from this event for a violation of this pledge.  If my car causes damage to any track facility, I agree to reimburse NOLA Motorsports Park for the costs thereof and to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event with respect thereto.  I agree to abide by the PCA Club Rules and regulations of this event.
