First race of the 2018 Triple Trofeo Championship for GTB1.

The points races at this Club Race will earn points towards the 2018 944 Cup South Chapter Racing Series, the 2018 PCA National Championship Series and the 2018 Triple Trofeo Championship for GTB1.

Bob Woodman Tires will be providing trackside tire support. They carry Hoosier, Toyo, and Yokohama tires. Racers are encouraged to reserve tires ahead of time to ensure availability. There is no obligation to purchase tires that have been reserved. Orders can be placed by calling 843-524-8473, or via email to sales@bobwoodmantires.com. Orders must be received no later than Friday, January 26, 2018.

All drivers, guests, crew and volunteers are required to complete at-track registration (sign waivers) and receive admittance wristbands. Minor waivers are required for all attendees who are minors (anyone under the age of 18). Please review the event file: Minor Waivers - a reminder.

Note: A portion of your entry fee to be applied to a seasonal membership in Gold Coast Region Porsche Club.


REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY -
• Full refund up to two weeks prior to the event – close of business January 17, 2018 (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received prior to this time frame.) (Based on time stamp I received the message)
• Within two weeks of the event, half credit for the identical option for the following year – up to close of business January 31, 2018 (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received within this time frame.) (Based on time stamp I received the message)
• Full refund for medical issues up to start of event – 8:00am, February 1, 2018. (Written notice to 48 Hours Race Registrar must be received prior to this time frame.) (Based on time stamp I received the message)
• No refunds / credit once event has started – Thursday, 8:00am, February 1, 2018
• No refund on special order merchandise – Items may be obtained at track by authorized person. No merchandise will be mailed. 
• Refund for Dinner tickets up to 7 days of the event, January 26, 2018.

It is PCA Club Racing policy that an unpaid registration will not be approved, confirmed, or assigned to a Run Group until fee payment has been received by the registrar. Any 'special circumstances' regarding fee payment should be brought to the attention of the event registrar immediately.

This event is held under the current PCA Club Racing Rules.

All PCA Club Race entrants are required to have a current PCA Club Racing License (or approved New License Application), current Medical Forms (on-file in the PCA Club Racing Office), and a current PCA Membership. (New License Applications must be received by the Club Racing Program Coordinator three weeks prior to the event.)

I agree to abide by the PCA Club Racing Rules and the supplementary regulations of this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this event and their agents, with respect to the condition and preparation of my registered car, or any subsequent failure or damage to my registered car or its occupants as a result of such failures. 

I acknowledge that at all times I remain solely responsible for the safety and roadworthiness of my registered car. 

My at-track registration signifies that my registered car information is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may cause me to be black-flagged from the track.

All Rookie Candidates and First Time Provisionals for whom this will be their first PCA Club Race MUST attend the Orientation Meeting. Others may be required to attend by invitation. Participants will be notified and information regarding time, place, and date may be obtained from the event registrar.

I understand that I am required to reimburse Sebring International Raceway and/or the PCA Suncoast / Gold Coast Regions for any fees or physical damage to the track or its facilities caused by myself, my crew, and my guests and that these are not covered in my registration fee.
